The hours for pick-up are as follows:

  • Mon. 10-11am (At-Risk Patrons)
  • Mon. 11a-4p (all patrons)
  • Tue. 10a-7p
  • Wed. 10a-4p
  • Thur. 10a-7p
  • Fri. 10a-4p

How Does Contact-less pick up work?

Call or email to place requests for items.

 

At this time, we can only offer items we have HERE IN OUR FACILITY. As shipping resumes across the county, we can offer items from other ACLA libraries.

 

When you call or email we need the following information:

  • The items you would like (Title, Author)
  • Your contact information
  • Your Library Card Number

 

When your requests are available, we will call you first. Then your requests will be:

  • Checked-out to you and packaged into bags
  • Labeled with your name
  • Placed on tables in the Gallery Space

 

Upon receiving a phone call, you can retrieve your items during the Library’s Pick-up hours!

  • Please retrieve your bag and kindly exit the building.
  • Please do not handle other people’s materials.
  • We cannot offer in-person assistance while you are in the Gallery Space.

 

If you have concerns or questions during pick up, please call (412) 372-0500 and select option 2.

The Gallery Space can be accessed only by entering the upstairs main entrance vestibule.

 

The remainder of the Library will remain closed to the public at this time.

 

Copying/Printing/Fax services will also available in the Gallery Space. You can print from your own thumb drive or by using “PrinterOn” (accessed from our website).

Copies and prints are 25¢ a page for black & white and 50¢ per page for color. Faxes may be sent at no cost.

 

Please follow these guidelines for your safety:

  • If you are experiencing symptoms of the COVID-19 virus, such as a fever, cough or shortness of breath, do not come to the Library.
  • Wear a mask.
  • Maintain social distancing.  Stay at least 6 feet away from other people.
  • Hand sanitizer will be available.
  • Cleaning and sanitation will continue to take place throughout our pick-up hours.
