Almost anyone who has ever been a part of a book club knows that they provide great opportunities to make new friends, discuss topics of interest with like-minded people and simply have a good time. At Monroeville Public Library, we offer a number of book clubs to suit your interests.
All book clubs are held at the library in the conference room, except for the Beatty Point Book Club, which meets at Beatty Point (call us to inquire about this specific club) and Kid Lit for Adults, which meets at Monroeville Papa Rocks. To join a book club, simply call us or visit the library’s reference desk to register. You can also visit the circulation desk to pick up this month’s selection for the club you’d like to attend.
There is never a cost to join one of our book clubs, and we are always looking to expand our topics and offerings. If you are generally interested in joining a book club but don’t see one that interests you or a time that fits your schedule, please let us know and we can help find a solution.
We also have "book club kits" available for check-out. these kits have all you need to start your own club. Ask at the circulation desk for more details.
