Any group using the library meeting rooms will be responsible for setting up the room according to their own needs. The group  must also restore the furniture and the room to the order in which it was found. Please see the Meeting Room Usage Rules and Meetings Policy for our general meeting policies and room specifics.​

Program Room - lower level

Program Room

Our multi-purpose program room will seat up to 50 in rows or up to 25 at tables. The room has a large flat-screen TV (for presentations), a retractable movie screen, a chalkboard, a podium and movable chairs and tables.

Reservations for the Program Room cannot be made more than one year in advance.

Yolanda's Room

Yolanda's Room

This space is limited to 20 persons. The room has seating and tables which may be moved to accommodate many different configurations. A large flat-screen TV (for presentations) is available for use in this room.

Yolanda's Room may not be reserved more than one month ahead of time.

Yolanda's Room is available for quiet study when not being used for meetings or programs. Patrons using it for quiet study should check in at the main desk and should be aware that other patrons may also use the room concurrently for quiet study.

Johnna's Room

This space is limited to 40 persons. The room has seating and tables which may be moved to accommodate many different configurations.

Johnna's Room may not be reserved more than 6 months ahead of time.

Johnna's Room is available for quiet study when not being used for meetings or programs. Patrons using it for quiet study should check in at the main desk and should be aware that other patrons may also use the room concurrently.

The gallery space is available only to library-sponsored programs and meetings.
